Steve Madden order

I’ve placed an order with Steve Madden on the 14th of November and I was supposed to get my parcel on the 19th of November and it never arrived but I used to get messages from everyday that my parcel is out for delivery and recently I was told after trying to reach out that the courier was hijacked they never called or sent an email I had to contact them to find out and now I’m still waiting for my parcel they don’t communicate they are just quite I have to call everyday for them to tell me to wait for 48/72 hours but still there’s no delivery Steve Madden doesn’t even answer to my calls and emails
