steve madden online purchase

if i could give them 0 i would, they don't even derseve a 1 star rating-pathetic. I bought Lassy denim boots size 7 and 8 online for black friday. they only delivered size 7 which turned out small (I'm a size 7btw). they never delivered my backup size 8 and they dontwant to log a collection for the small size 7. they tell me there no refunds for black Friday purchases. they are not responding to calls or emails and I made it clear there's no steve madden store where I am.

such appalling service for the "so reputable" steve madden. Their online department is the worst ever in the country. stay away from this store!!
