Steve Madden online no delivery

I recently purchased 3 pairs of sneakers onthe 25th of November 2023 , I received emails from Steve madden online regarding delivery. I've tracked the order to my surprise I find that the track has been hijacked both tracks . Which is completely not believable but they send two delivery , they can't both be hijacked. I emailed them but to this day they have not contacted me back. The only emails I'm receiving from them is their new collections mails . I keep calling them but no answer.
