Steve madden mislead me of stocks for bag

Steve madden is have a sale. I paid for 2 bag which I added to the card. The next day I received a email stating the don't have enough of the bags in stock and they said they refunded me. I didn't receive my refund yet and the bag is on the online site at the normal price. A big branded company can lie blatenly saying no stock and tarnish the brand. People must know what kind of a store this is
