Steve Madden Mall of the South

I have ordered online for my birthday present size 5 sneaker 👟 as I taught it will fit but she tried it on but unfortunately she felt it’s too tied but when I took it back at the Mall of the south Miss Balu she was so rude and she told me the sneakers have been used by your wife and she can’t exchange them, Yes I know because she did drive with them but felt it’s too tight, imagine driving all the way from Vaal to Mall of the south but cnt get help 🤦🏽♂️
