STEVE MADDEN LEATHER SHOES

I bought a block heel at Steve Madden on 26 October, worn the shoes twice but the quality is not good,mind you I’m a good customer at Steve Madden,I have shoes that has leather worn them more than 10 times but still on good shape, I have asked how they can help me they said that’s not their hold, I’m kindly asking for an exchange or refund but they didn’t answer,o can’t lose a lot of money just like that.
