Steve madden is doing me dirty

Hello petter steve madden did me dirty.

I'm writing this message with heavy heart. On the 12 of November I've made an online purchase then I received an email notifying me that my parcel is with ram. On Thursday the 14 I missed their call around 7 in the morning by 9:30 I called them back and they rep**** that I will get it tomorrow which was Friday. Friday morning when I call they told me that my order has been taken back to Steve Madden but when I enquire with Steve Madden they told me it's still in transit but when I enquire with ram they say it was delivered back to Steve Madden on Monday and it has been received by Matt. Now I'm no longer receiving any response or whatsoever. I'm so broken
