Steve Madden incorrect order delivered

Ordered sneakers online and they delivered the wrong shoes. I notified them and the offered to collect the wrong order and deliver the correct one. They collected the shoe and that was the last I heard from them. No update on the delivery of the correct order. Number goes straight to voicemail when I call and no answer to my emails. The most horrible service I’ve ever received. Highly dissatisfied. DONNOT recommended them for anything
