Steve Madden I want my order 🚮

Made an online purchase with Steve Madden on the 16 April 2024. Received a wrong order wrong size, wrong everything. Lodged a return, Ram courier did their part collected and dropped the shoe at Fourways Steve Madden, where Nelly received it and signed for it. And that was the end with my order. Emailed customer service on the 30 April 2024 and ignored me. Drove to the store directly on 1 May and the manager Nokwanda was extremely useless and lacked customer service. Called Ram on the 2 May 2024 just to confirm my order and the lady did say it’s in four ways mall.. went there again, and the lady assisting refuses to give me my shoes due to customer service not responding to emails. Kindly please assist me with this.
