Steve Madden glider black

My Steve Madden is torn in less than 6 months. I went to Menlyn on the 15th of June but I was told to return back on the 2nd July which I did. When I got the for an exchanged the manager refused to exchange for me he told me to contact the head office and when I contact the head office I’m not getting any help. I want my refund or they should exchange the sneakers cause their returning policy is 6 months. I’m beyond ****ed
