Steve madden customer service ridiculous

I have been to the east gate store to return goods and get a refund.i waited for 2 hours as they had no "cash" and it was suggested they went to their sister store guess and they also had no "cash".As a customer I had to suggest go to Aldo and call it spring which is also their sister stores.the lady kept saying they don't have ,I can leave my product and she will call me in a few days when they have cash,which I refused to do.After 2 hours she refunded me.Totally unacceptable retail experience for a brand like Steve madden
