Steve madden bag ****

i bought a bag from Steve madden, and which was described as having "gold/ gold-tone " which correlates to the imagine posted of the bag. i revived my order & upon opening the bag has very silver hardware, i have sent emails & sent messages on their twitter account to them continuing to update their feed & ignoring me, it is clearly a scale that they are running because one other customer on here site wrote a review complaining about getting silver hardware bag
