STEVE MADDEN ARE ****MERS. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Steve Madden has withheld R75 delivery fee for torn and skewed heels they delivered. I returned these heels to Steve Madden Eastgate because they were defective. There was a tear on the strap (yet the upper is supposed to be leather) and I showed Howard who works there. Howard looked at the delivery slip and saw that it was signed by one person. He said my order was done wrong as 3 people are supposed to do a quality check before despatch and all 3 people are supposed to sign the delivery slip. How then does it become my fault as a paying customer to have to pay R75 for your staff's incompetency??? The person who sent me the sub-standard product is the one who is supposed to pay. WHO is going to pay for the extra cost I incurred in going to Steve Madden Eastgate to sort YOUR mess out???

Eastgate shop did not have a pair to do an exchange hence had to do a refund then made another purchase last night hoping that this time a quality pair would be delivered. Why on earth are you charging me R75 for a return I made because SteveMadden supp**** a sub-standard product???? I want my R75 back!!! You can't **** me like this. Leah and Chanel from Steve Madden's Customer Service are no help at all and they refuse to refunf me.
