STEVE MADDED ****MED ME TWICE

Steve madden online is just a **** that is quick to take our money but can’t deliver products. I ordered heels last week 5.5 size and immediately after i ordered they size was no longer available on their site, after few minutes i received an email saying my order was cancelled and i have to wait for 10 days for my refund. Then today i went to their website i saw that for the same pair of shoes size 5 is available, because I trusted them , I borrowed money from my friend and paid for the shoes then right after paying for the shoes, I received the same email saying my order was cancelled and i will have to wait for 10 working days for my money. Now steve madden has taken 2x money in my account however I don't even have 1 single pair of shoes, I really needed the shoes and if they dont have the shoes, why make them available online only to remove them after we paid? The same size will be available after sometime and someone will pay for the shoes and experience the same service as me.
