So disappointed
Good day I've made a purchase online, I bought a sneaker since the 25th of November 2024 since then there has been no communication whatsoever from the shop. I'm so disappointed realy because expected the order to be arrived now since is to long and I even wrote them an email making follow up

10 Dec 2024, 07:49I havn't heared from the company and now i don't know what to do,because they went awol on me now, no sms, no email not even a phone call from them and everytime i try calling their customer care line it doesn't go through. Please help
