Shoe not comfortable

I am so disgusted at the service I got from the staff from Mall of the South Johannesburg South. I bought shoes for my wedding I told them the shoes are so uncomfortable I have tried to wear them a couple of times. They didn’t even give me a chance they just said “oh is it” they continued their conversation . They never attended to anyone with respect except they think you have the the money to buy I always laugh at such service. Train your staff
