Poorly Handled Online Refund/Return

I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I’ve received from Steve Madden. I bought a shoe online and initiated a refund the following day as the shoe was too big. As I am writing this, it's been over a month now, and the shoe hasn't been collected. No communication at all from them, and you can't even reach them on the phone.
