Poor Quality and ridiculous return policy

Poor quality for such such prices being asked by Steve madden, bought a sneaker in July but when I washed the sneakers for the very first time the sneaker turned to an ink like effect... I sent an email with this issue and never got a response and when we finally went to the store where we bought the shoes which is Canal walk branch, we came across with the worst customer service and attitude from the Manager on duty Cheyenne and when the store Manager Razeen finally came back told me there is nothing he can do because the 6 months on return policy has lapsed even that's not true. I have left the sneaker in their possession because that is not what I paid R1600 for. 😡
