Poor Customer Service

Steve Madden Mall of the south, Johannesburg has poor customer service it is so s so bad. My partner bought an item (shoes) for R1600 that she worn less than an hour at an event, however she did not feel comfortable that she had to use alternative shoes. But when she went to change the shoes for something comfortable, they refused us to change the shoes.We have a lot of items that we bought from Steve Madden because we like an respect the brand but this time around I saw I different side that we had to be escorted by the securities for raising our concerns, or maybe Its just Steve Madden Mall of the south.
