Poor customer service

I went onto the store to buy a pair of shoes and i was put off buy the customer service. Myself and my friend walk in and the employees have their own conversation about who knows what. They didn't even come up to us to ask us how and if they can assist us. So we walked around looking for a pair of shoes that i would have purchased but as soon as a other couple came in they assisted them. I don't want to bring the race thing cause it's not necessary but after my experience today i wouldn't go again.
