Order issue and rude customer service

I am so disappointed, I and a friend purchased sneakers online on the 28th of November, and we haven't heard any communication, we called Steve Madden today and the lady said all orders placed during black Friday would take 21 days. You should mention things like this when advising the sale so that people know what to expect, this is really ridiculous and your ****y rude customer service. This is a big brand for being this careless, and you will lose customers because of this. YOU SUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
