I placed an order on the app for two pairs of shoes on 03/08/2025 and I've only received 1 pair. No update on when the other will come- you call their lines and after 2 minutes, the call is engaged, no responses to emails either.

Anyone know how to navigate this situation that have dealt with this from Steve madden before?
