Online shopping - stained Tshirt

I ordered a Tshirt on line delivered by Ram unfortunately the back has white stains looks as if the tshirt was incontact with some chemical

I can't wear such. Please come get your Top I hardly shop the traditional way hence I can't take it to the store.
