Online order return - order number #592350

I placed an order for sneakers online only to realize when the order arrived that the shoes were not fitting i wanted to return them for the correct size and i was told i can only do that instore when they checked sizes there was no store around my area that had my size , there is a size online however they can not do exchange online i can only log a return online the sneaker will be collected by courier within 48 hours and i will be refunded . The return was logged on Tuesday morning today is Friday the collection is still not done . All i can say is stay away from Steve Madden !!!!!!!
