I purchased my bags on the 24th of November and Steve Madden gave their third party ram to deliver . It has been 15 days .11 business days to be exact the parcel has move moved since collected . I reached out to Steve Madden to follow up on thier patners they email they sent looks like a generated AI generic email . Today I have asked for my refund and this is where I stopped being their customer
