No Response and No Shipment from Steve Madden Online Order

I am very disappointed with the service I have received from Steve Madden South Africa regarding my recent online order (Tax ***).

I placed and paid for my order on 5 August 2025, and to date the order status of one left item still shows “confirmed” but has not been packaged or handed over for delivery. It has now been over two weeks with no progress.

I have sent multiple follow-up emails (on 11, 13, and 18 August) and even tried to call the number listed on the website several times, but no one ever answers the phone. To date, I have received no update and no solution re deliver of the one item left from order.

This is extremely disappointing because Steve Madden has always been a trusted brand for me. I often prefer shopping online instead of going in-store, but this experience has left me very frustrated. If this continues, I will have no choice but to stop shopping at Steve Madden altogether.

I kindly request urgent action:

Provide a clear update on the status of my order.

Ensure my items are shipped without any further delay, or alternatively process a full refund.

I hope this matter will be addressed quickly.
