No exchanges allowed

Bought sneakers in December wore them for first in February… the sneaker is very hard and uncomfortable… I requested a refund or exchange the lady by the name Ntombi has bluntly refused and said I shouldn’t have worn them and they are not resellable if worn… conclusion is that no exchange or refund will be granted. I wasted +/- R650 for sneakers that I can’t wear.
