Never buy on-line at steve madden, never!!

I'm given a run around for my refund by steve madden. Items were bought online, on the day of delivery the 29th of August I took them back to Cavendish branch as they didn't fit. Until today I haven't received my money, I've been following up, telephonically, emailing even sent them a Facebook inbox but still i haven't received my money. To be refunded to the very same by them to the very same account that was used when purchasing you need to send a copy of ID and a confirmation from the bank but still they won't pay, and they ask for those documents after been awaiting for long already for your money and following up. Even just now a lady called Ntombi from *** just dropped the phone in my ear I guess she's tired of making a fool out of me for my money. She said I was refunded on the 1st of September I had to re-explain the whole story that I haven't received my money, how can their system show that I was refunded when im not, and worse part of it on the 6th of Sept days after the 1st she's saying i refunded on, i was told to send documents to process my payment, how can on earth that be, that is when she decided to hang up on me.
