Never buy from Steve Madden online

I bought shoes online on the 4th September, and they were delivered. The problem is that I wanted to take them back and exchange for a lower heel as the person they are intended for struggles with high heels. The contact details for Steve Madden are not working. The phone number doesn't go through and my emails are not answered. This is so disappointing
