Lousy return policy

I am so disappointed with Steve Madden’s return policy. I ordered shoes on first week of December and had to return them because they were too tight.The courier company has collected the shoes but I have not received any communication from Steve Madden,when I try to log a return on their website it indicates that the shoes have been collected. I have tried calling and sending emails but I can’t get through.
