INCOMPLETE DELIVERY

I am writing this review extremely frustrated and annoyed to the T. I have bought 2 items from Steve Madden online an only 1 item was delivered this was on the 28th November!!!! I have reached out to a branch in Menlyn for assistance and I was told there's nothing they can do. Steve Madden 'big' as it is have no working contact line with an email that doesn't even go through it always bounces back as 'unsent mail'. To date they took my money but I have not received mu shoes.... LIKE WHAT HELL!!!!!
