False advertising

I bought a boot from Steve Madden Clearwater Mall for R2899 on 9 May 2024, however I was under the impression that it was on sale as advertised on 30 April 2024 from the email I received it was going for R2029,30. I was told it was a promotion but now that I think about it I feel ******. The email didn’t state that it was a promotion and for how long. In my opinion it should have stated and I would have bought it within that period. To me the amount I bought it for and the “promotion” amount makes a huge difference in my life. I would Steven Madden to get back to me regarding this matter please.
