Extremely Disappointed – No Refund, No Response

had one of the worst shopping experiences with Steve Madden. I received the wrong order, and I immediately returned it through RAM as instructed. Tracking shows that the parcel was delivered back to them, yet I have not received my refund or the correct order.

What’s even more frustrating is the complete lack of communication. I’ve sent multiple emails, tried calling customer service, and even attempted to reach out on WhatsApp – no response at all. It feels like once they took my money, they stopped caring.

I trusted Steve Madden as a reputable brand, but this experience has been a nightmare. Poor service, no accountability, and zero communication. I will not be purchasing from them again, and I strongly advise others to think twice before orde
