Exceptional service

I went to Steve Madden in Mall of Africa today and oh what a pleasure it was to be in that shop. I went to exchange a bag that I had bought online and the staff was so warm and welcoming. The lady took the bag that I had and said I can pick the one that I want. After going from one end of store to the other just browsing, I eventually found what I liked and then I was assisted by a gentleman who was also nice enough to inform me that I would get refunded the difference into my bank account. Thank you Steve Madden Mall of Africa you guys are retail gold.
