Exceptional customer service

I would like to commend Siyabonga, the store manager, and the SM Vaal Mall team for their exceptional customer service. I recently asked them to keep aside an item for me but my work schedule was very busy that week. I had an event to attend during that weekend, however I couldn’t prepare my outfit because of time. They called me to enquire if I’m still interested in the item after failing to come on the day we agreed upon. I ended up sending someone to buy the item on my behalf. George assisted the person I sent and I received the item just in time, before the event. Thank you for your exceptional customer service, to more purchases!!!
