Disappointment

I’ve been a loyal customer to Steve Madden. Not so long ago I bought sneakers yes they are true to size but they are uncomfortable they got my feet burning and it was sore when I try to return them they are refusing saying I have worn them how was I going to find out that the shoes are uncomfortable if I hadn’t worn them I couldn’t even walk after 2 hours of wearing them I’m so disappointed
