Dear Peter,

I'm writing to share my disappointing experience with Steve Madden's return process. On December 15, 2024, I requested to return an order, but unfortunately, the process has stalled.

Despite my initial contact, Steve Madden has not arranged for the courier department to collect the return sneakers. The lack of communication and follow-through has been frustrating.

I hope Steve Madden will look into improving their return process to provide better customer satisfaction.
