Disappointing experience

I want to express my dissatisfaction with a recent experience with Steve Madden Online. Last night, I received an email stating that one of my items had been refunded without any prior notification or explanation. This is especially frustrating because the shoe was clearly available on the website when I placed my order. If it was out of stock, it should not have been listed as available.

This lack of communication and transparency is unacceptable, and I believe it reflects poor management practices. I hope Steve Madden addresses these issues promptly to prevent similar incidents in the future.
