Delivery my order or rrfund me!!!!!

Loved Steve Madden but nowadays people are complaining, me included. Made an order 4 weeks ago but only 1 item instead of 2 was delivered. Been emailing, calling, TikTok but no luck. Steve madden kindly refund me my money if you cannot delivery.

No communication nothing from them. Tired of fighting!!!!!!!!!!! Funny thing is they have taken money from my pay just now twice. Last payment to be debited but order not received!!!

This is unacceptable!!!!
