Delivery made to the wrong address.

I hereby write this complaint with such disappointment and disgust that a well known and trusted brand like you would allow such *********** and lack communication when it comes to deliveries for your valued customers.

I recently ordered a Steven ****en handbag online which I felt would Be a great addition to my collection but it’s sad to say that I never received that parcel, neither did I get a call or notification to update me on the progress of my delivery. In my understanding when I use other online services, should there be a missed delivery or any interruptions with regards to the delivery the client is then advised either by phone call or email as it is wise to deal directly With the client should they not have time to log on to the order portal to check progress. Now to cut the long story short my parcel has been delivered to Bedfordview and I know so because the person that received it gave me a call to advise that she has my parcel and that she would like for us to meet up.

Keep in mind that with all the suggestions I had for us to meet up she declined all options and said that I could not be trusted, now the frustration is that this order has been paid for and I’m at a loss.

So now I would to take it up with you guys to sort this whole mess up and either get me parcel or refund me as urgent as possible, In addition to that I would like you to also take up with your courier driver and ask him how he could have misread my CLEAR STATED address and has the parcel delivered elsewhere. He didn't even ask for the identification card or book to confirm if the delivery is being made to the right person, he just dropped it off at the security guard at the gate and the security guy decided to give it to the lady who was honest enough to notify me about that.

I hope this will be attended to with almost urgency as I have paid for the order and the person who has my parcel cannot be trusted to cooperate with making arrangements to bring or have it delivered back to me as she declines all means necessary.
