Delivery delayed

Hi all viewers, I placed an order at Steve madden 30 November today it's 11 December 2024, I haven't received any of my parcel, with no communication you always have to watsapp the line which is just Generated AI, the courier company Ram has been quite since no communication to say ohk your parcel will be delivered today or next year. I have a very important occasion I need to attend now I need to come up with what I will wear.. customer service is really bad, can I atleast get your addresses to come pick up my parcel this is insane.
