Delivered wrong item to me

I am not happy with the onlibe service i got from Steve madden.I place an order on the 22nd November and received it on the 23rd November but to my surprise they delivered pink Tshirt while i bought black tshirt. I called them and sent an email to let them know they said they will come pick up the tshirt on Friday 24,they never called or say anything to me while it was their fault to dispatch wrong tshirt.I spoke to a lady called Channel .

They must deliver my shirt or refund me
