Collect the goods and refund!

So over the poor communication from this online store and actually I just don’t learn my lesson because this is not the first time.

I ordered something online, the goods came and it was not the colour I was hoping it would be (as advertised). The colour is slightly off and I’m not happy..

Logged a return and now it’s back and forth regarding a shoe colour.

All I want is for this item to be collected and returned so I can get my money back!

They take days to respond to emails, actually just over this terrible communication
