Cheap quality

Steve Madden your handbag quality is disappointing, just bought a handbag last week after returning the other one that broke and only to find that even the i i replaced the broken one it’s also broken 😞 you need to do better we can’t be paying so much and get the opposite and, i once complained about the same thing when i bought a handbag… the same thing happened. Your handbags are not what I have in mind!!
