Broken shoes

<p>Hi.</p> <p> </p> <p>I bought a pair of sandals at UFO branded steve madded. I only the shoes twice, then when i call to enquie, they need a proof of payment. However the shoes were bought by my friend as a present. So what do i do with them, the shop i bought they cant exchange, and its STEVE MADDEN.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please assist.</p>
