Bad service from STEVE MADDEN

I'm so sad to write this review I did order from steve madden and they sent a tracking code so that I can track my order to my surprise it says my order was delivered I tried to ask them who signed for my order they say I must check with my neighbours or mailbox worse I did not use any mail I asked them to send me proof from courier company to see who signed for the order I did not receive any response from them it's been 2 months now.
