Bad service delivery and request from collection

On 05/11/2024 I ordered two items from the Steve Madden app cause I wanted to wear the item on the 30th of November on the 7th I got my delivery and the shoes they didn't fit me immediately I requested for a return cause I noticed that they do not do online exchanges ,I got an email confirming the return I even called one of their branches and I was told to either bring the shoes or do the online return or go to the branch in Sandton cause that's the only branch that has the shoes that I wanted mind you I'm in Pretoria and I can't afford to go to Sandton hence I opted for online shopping and to add on that I have a few items that I bought from them and I didn't face such ...on the 19th I then sent a follow up email and I got a rely from the saying saying they have rebooked my collection on the 22nd I send another follow up email I got Feedback asking me if I can be able to return the shoes to the store I never rep**** cause now I feel as if they not taking me serious I mean I have made it clear that I want to courier...
