Bad service and product

I received the worst service from them. Purchased a bag from them in March which started peeling off so I took it back yesterday and I was told to return with the proof of purchase. When I came back with the proof of purchase today they said I should email the area manager. What’s the point of asking me to return with a proof of purchase if your going to ask me to send an email the next day. Don’t get me started with the attitude I received from the Indian lady that was there. I am very disappointed
