Bad Service

Very bad customer service it is shocking!!!! I ordered a size 5.5, delivery took longer than expected and as if that was not enough they delivered a size 8. After sending endless e-mails for this to be rectified 2 weeks later they sent the couriers to pick up the incorrect order. I sent a follow up email as there is zero communication from them to follow up on the delivery for the correct order and I'm told that there's a refund processed, what is this bull**** who asked for a refund, again i am being inconvenienced by this shop.
