Bad service

Made a purchase online on the 1st of June and the order has been said it’s out of delivery from the 5th and till the 9th of June. I do not understand when you say it’s out of delivery then excuses are being made when it hits 17:00pm.

Please assist or refund me because this is an inconvenience I will go and purchase at the shop because I ordered knowing I need the sneakers.
